Climate of Change (2010)
An environmental film with a difference.
It doesn’t feature scientists telling us that the world is about to end because of global warming. Instead, it focuses on the efforts of ordinary individuals who are quietly getting on with doing something about the state of the planet.
The film shows the work of schoolchildren in India, tribespeople in Papua New Guinea and villagers in West Africa. It also visits mountain top removal sites in the United States, a green PR company in Britain and the global seed store in Svalbard. The film is about the power of ordinary people to do something positive about their own environment, from the Arctic to the tropics.
